Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Imagine Design Studio. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • All items are subject to availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and device screen settings.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details.
  • Prepaid orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments through Cash on Delivery and online bank transfers (details provided on request).
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of standard taxes where applicable.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days depending on your location.
  • Free shipping is only applicable to prepaid orders above Rs. 2,000.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a one-week return/exchange policy if the item is worn, damaged, or discoloured.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Imagine Design Studio and cannot be used without permission.
